Secondhand African Locomotives

NGL Projects was engaged to transport 5 x Second Hand Locomotives from Durban, South Africa to Brisbane Australia. Scope included Quarantine cleaning at origin, shunting operations, sea transit to Australia, unloading into Biosecurity approved cleaning bays, remedial cleaning and delivery to client’s rail line. The NGL Projects South Africa & Australia teams worked closely to manage the biosecurity challenges this cargo presented. The end result was a more streamlined and cost efficient importation process, whilst maintain operational schedules.
